The brand new series and format, Nigel Slater’s Simple Suppers, starts very soon. Wednesday 9th September at 1930 on BBC ONE.
I’m really proud of this series. It’s all about cooking rather than following recipes. It looks stunning, Nigel is amazing and the dishes are sumptuous.
I have developed this idea from scratch and it’s great to see it coming to our tv screens.

I”m currently giving my website an overhaul in order to make it a tad more useful. My previous website was quite tricky to keep updating so hopefully this blog will let me keep it tight up to date with my latest projects.
